GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Margolis
Adult Protective Services; requires CFS Dept. to enter into certain working agreements with local law enforcement agencies; requires OPPAGA to review & report to Legislature; defines term "multidisciplinary adult protection team"; creates Guardianship Task Force within Elderly Affairs Dept.; provides that executive director of Statewide Public Guardianship Office shall be appointed by Elderly Affairs Secretary, rather than by Governor, etc. Amends 415.1045,.1102, 744.7021.
