Orange Juice/International Trade; urges President & Congress of United States, in negotiating any new international trade agreement, to retain existing tariff on orange juice imported to North America in order to promote fair trade in North America & ensure that North American orange juice producers will not be subjected to any additional adverse economic impact resulting from importation of orange juice produced outside North America.
