GENERAL BILL by Finance and Taxation ; Regulated Industries ; Diaz de la Portilla ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Geller
Video Lotteries; provides powers & duties of Lottery Dept. pertaining to video lottery games; provides for annual fee & for disposition of fee; prohibits certain persons from playing said games; provides requirements for operation of video lottery games; excludes video lottery terminals from definition of "coin-operated amusement machine" for purposes of sales & use tax; establishes programs for compulsive gambling within CFS Dept., etc. Amends Ch. 24, 212.02.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
