GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Finance and Taxation ; Dockery ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard
Mobile Home Owners; provides for service of process in action for possession of residential premises; provides for license tax surcharge for deposit in Fla. Mobile Home Relocation Trust Fund; provides surcharge under Fla. Mobile Home Act on certain mobile home lots for deposit in Fla. Mobile Home Relocation TF; provides for placement of any size used or new mobile home on mobile home lot under certain circumstances, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $500,000.
