GENERAL BILL by Clary ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Miller ; Peaden ; Jones ; Cowin
Workers' Compensation; provides for startup funding for Fla. Employers Mutual Insurance Co., as created by act; requires workers' compensation insurers to report cost data to Financial Services Dept.; creates Fla. Employers Mutual Insurance Company Act; creates Fla. Employers Mutual Insurance Company to provide workers' compensation insurance & employer's liability coverage, etc. Amends Chs. 440, 627.
