Board of Dentistry Empowerment Act; creates said act; provides for appointment of executive director; provides for duties, & board oversight; requires director to oversee staff; requires department to contract for dental intake officer & provides qualifications; requires certain responsibilities of officer; requires board to establish certain performance parameters for departmental handling of disciplinary cases, & consequences, etc. Creates 466.055.
