GENERAL BILL by Sebesta ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard ; Siplin
Enterprise Zones; authorizes Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to amend boundaries of specified communities & increases population limit thereof; extends deadline for requests to amend rural enterprise zone boundaries; authorizes amendment of boundaries of certain rural enterprise zones after recommendation of Enterprise Florida, Inc., & upon recommendation of local development agency, etc. Amends Ch. 290.
