GENERAL BILL by Miller
Economic Stimulus; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S2328,2252) exempts machinery & equipment used predominantly for research & development; revises sales price criteria for characterizing business property; revises provisions providing for urban job tax credit program to apply to designated urban job tax credit areas rather than high crime areas; revises & clarifies powers of Enterprise Florida, Inc., to develop authorized technology development programs, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
