GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Campbell
Independent Living Transition Svcs.; requires each district of CFS Dept. to identify adolescent foster children with developmental disabilities or special mental health needs; revises eligibility requirements for participation in Road-to-Independence Scholarship Program & transitional support services; provides for young adults to continue in foster care in lieu of Road-to-Independence Scholarship. Amends 409.1451.
