GENERAL BILL by Appropriations

Appropriations Implementing Bill; provides accounting requirements for state universities for 2003-2004 fiscal year; requires Elderly Affairs Dept. to fund certain community care services & core services for elderly; authorizes CFS Dept. to transfer funds within family safety program; authorizes DMS to contract with vendor to provide personnel information system; provides copayment requirements for state employees' prescription drug program, etc. Amends FS.

Effective Date: 07/01/2003 except as otherwise provided
