GENERAL BILL by Lawson
Florida Trail Program; provides for planning, acquisition, lease, construction, & maintenance of trail by DOT; limits liability of landowners for injuries resulting from third-party use of trail land for specified activities & purposes; provides for landowner to be indemnified for injury or damage; provides for funding. Amends 334.044; creates 334.352.
