CS/CS/SB 2678: Health Care Practice Parameters
GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Saunders
Health Care Practice Parameters; repeals provisions re practice parameters; provides for practice parameters & protocols; amends provisions re worker's compensation managed care plans & health insurance policy coverage for mammograms; postpones effective date of changes to standards for eligibility for certain optional medical assistance, including coverage under medically needy program, etc. Amends 409.904, 440.13,.134, 627.6418,.6613; repeals 408.02. APPROPRIATION: $22,498,288.
