SB 278: Transportation of Inmates

GENERAL BILL by Villalobos

Transportation of Inmates; limits mode of transport inmate may use in traveling to & from place of employment, education, or training; authorizes DOC to transport inmates in state-owned vehicles under certain circumstances; prohibits inmate from driving state-owned vehicle to transport inmates in work-release program. Amends 945.091; creates 945.0913.
