Nick Oelrich Gift of Life Act; creates said act; amends provision re anatomical gifts; prohibits modification of donor's intent; authorizes specified persons to furnish donor's medical records upon request; revises procedures by which terms of anatomical gift may be amended or gift may be revoked.
