Employment & Appointment of Officers; provides authority of Criminal Justice Standards & Training Commission to certify, & revoke certification of, agency inservice training instructors; revises condition for exemption from requirement of basic recruit training for applicants for employment or appointment as full-time, part-time, or auxiliary law enf. officer, correctional officer, or correctional probation officer, etc. Amends 943.12,.13,.131,.1395,.17; reenacts 943.173(3).
