GENERAL BILL by Slosberg
Red Light Safety Act of 2003; defines term "traffic infraction detector"; authorizes creation of pilot projects in Palm Beach Co.; authorizes adoption of ordinances permitting use of said detectors under certain circumstances; provides for process of citations issued under ordinance & limits scope; prohibits issuance of license plates or revalidation stickers when fines are outstanding for violations detected by said detectors, etc. Amends Ch. 316, 320.03.
