GENERAL BILL by Llorente ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard ; Cantens ; Planas ; Rivera ; Robaina ; Roberson, Y ; Zapata

Medical Practice; authorizes issuance of temporary certificates for visiting physicians to obtain medical privileges for instructional purposes in conjunction with certain plastic surgery training programs & plastic surgery educational symposiums; limits number of certificates that may be issued per calendar year; provides financial responsibility requirements; provides practice limitations & conditions, etc. Creates 458.3137.
