Emergency Medical Dispatch Act; provides short title; provides definitions; provides presumption of non-negligence in use of emergency medical dispatch protocols by emergency medical dispatcher or emergency medical dispatch agency, its agents, or employees; authorizes grants by Health Dept. to emergency medical dispatch agencies. Creates 768.1335; amends 401.111.
