HB 629: Child Abuse/Religious Institutions
GENERAL BILL by Gibson
Child Abuse/Religious Institutions; provides that persons who are employed or supervised by religious institutions or by entities affiliated with such institutions must report to CFS Dept. their knowledge or reasonable suspicion of child abuse, abandonment, or neglect. Amends 39.201.
