GENERAL BILL by Hasner ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Anderson ; Domino ; Machek ; McInvale ; Stargel

Retirement Communities; revises prerequisites that certain nursing homes must fulfill to qualify for sharing programming & staff with other entities that are part of retirement community; revises standards for evidence of financial soundness & stability of certain nursing home facilities in Gold Seal Program; requires notice of meeting or ballot election to select designated representative to represent residents' organization before governing body of provider, etc. Amends FS.
