Health Care Practice Parameters; repeals specified provisions to delete requirement that AHCA develop, endorse, & implement health care practice parameters; specifies practice parameters & protocols under Workers' Compensation Law; amends provisions re workers' compensation managed care plans & health insurance policy coverage for mammograms; revises references & legislative intent, to conform, etc. Amends 440.134, 627.6418,.6613; repeals 408.02.
