Prescription Drugs; requires prescribing practitioner's federal Drug Enforcement Administration number or professional license number on prescriptions for non-controlled substances; prohibits requiring submission of practitioner's federal Drug Enforcement Administration number as condition for reimbursement or receipt of benefits. Creates 456.0392.
