Fla. Clean Indoor Air Act; implements s. 20, Art. X of State Constitution; provides legislative intent & findings; prohibits smoking in certain places; establishes specific exceptions where smoking is permitted; provides requirements for posting of signs by certain persons & in certain areas; provides for enforcement of act by DBPR & Health Dept.; prohibits smoking near school property; provides for designation of stand-alone bars; provides for rulemaking, etc. Amends FS.
