Emergency Medical Services/Care; revises definition of "officer, employee, or agent" to include providers of emergency medical services & care for purposes of limitation of liability in tort under certain circumstances; provides that providers of said services & care are deemed agents of Health Dept. for certain purposes; requires such providers to indemnify state for certain reasonable defense & indemnity costs within certain limitations, etc. Amends 768.28.
