GENERAL BILL by Sansom ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Carroll ; Gibson

Firefighter/Municipal Police Pension; authorizes Revenue Dept. to create & maintain database for use by insurers that report & remit excise tax on property insurance premiums & excise tax on casualty insurers premiums; provides incentives to insurers for using database & penalties for failure to use database; provides for meaning of term "extra benefits" re pension plans for firefighters & for municipal police officers, etc. Creates 175.1015, 185.085; amends Chs. 175, 185. APPROPRIATION: $300,000.
