Stacy Young Act; defines term "amateur sanctioning organization"; provides Fla. State Boxing Commission responsibility for, & authority to adopt rules re, the approval of amateur sanctioning organizations for amateur boxing & kickboxing matches held in this state; prohibits approval of said organizations not meeting & enforcing certain health & safety standards & not meeting certain other background, training, & experience requirements, etc. Amends Ch. 548.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law
