Fireworks or Pyrotechnic Devices; creates Fire & Emergency Incident Info. Reporting Program within State Fire Marshal Div.; provides criminal penalties for initiating pyrotechnic display in indoor facility under certain circumstances; requires division to adopt rules re live fire training; requires state certification as instructor for certain training after certain date; provides exception from application to certain wildland training, etc. Amends Ch. 633, 932.7055.
