GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Saunders

HMOs/Subscriber Assistance Program; changes name of Statewide Provider & Subscriber Assistance Program to Subscriber Assistance Program; revises definition; requires certain records & reports to be provided to Subscriber Assistance Panel; provides for penalties; requires that quorum be present before grievance can be heard or voted upon; adopts federal claims procedures for certain commercial health maintenance organizations, etc. Amends 408.7056, 641.3154,.511,.58.
