GENERAL BILL by Brandenburg
Motorized Scooter Regulations; provides motorized scooter operating regulations; prohibits carrying of passengers on said scooter; requires lamps & reflectors on scooters operated at night; requires helmets on certain riders; prohibits operation of scooter upon or along sidewalk; prohibits operation of scooter upon any roadway except while crossing street on crosswalk; provides exception when street is designated play street; requires brakes, etc. Amends 316.2065.
