CS/SB 1210: Community Contribution Tax Credits
GENERAL BILL by Commerce, Economic Opportunities, and Consumer Services ; Wise
Community Contribution Tax Credits; increases annual limitation on amount of such credits which may be granted against sales & use tax, corporate income tax & insurance premium taxes; conforms annual limitation for purposes of insurance premium taxes; specifies that limitation on credits applies to sales & use tax as well as to corporate income tax & insurance premium taxes. Amends 212.08, 220.183, 624.5105.
