HB 1239: Protection of Manatees
GENERAL BILL by Carroll
Protection of Manatees; creates exception from penalties for activities that are otherwise prohibited if activity is reasonably necessary in order to prevent loss of life or property or render necessary assistance to persons or property. Amends 370.12.
