GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Clary

State Correctional Facilities; requires Fla. Corrections Commission to resolve certain disputes between DOC & contractor; authorizes DMS to enter into certain contracts, acquire contractual rights & obligations, & manage & enforce compliance with contracts of Correctional Privatization Commission; authorizes CFS Dept. to contract with DMS for operation of facilities for sexually violent predators, etc. Amends FS.
