Agricultural & Migrant Labor; requires Health Dept. to adopt rules re residential migrant housing; authorizes & directs Executive Office of the Governor to advise & consult on certain issues re migrant & seasonal workers; creates "Florida Agricultural Worker Safety Act"; requires agricultural employers to make certain pesticide information available; deletes provision re compensation paid to dependents of aliens, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $300,000.
