Enterprise Zones/Boundaries; authorizes governing body within boundaries of consolidated government to apply to Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to amend boundaries of enterprise zone to include federal empowerment zone; authorizes said office to amend boundaries of enterprise zone in City of Brooksville/Hernando Co.; limits size of boundary amendment; requires application for amendment by December 31, 2004, etc.
