GENERAL BILL by Bullard
Enterprise Zones; authorizes certain counties to apply to Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to amend existing enterprise zone boundaries under specified conditions & in accordance with certain criteria; authorizes South Daytona City to apply to said office to designate said zone within area of said city; authorizes governing body of certain counties to apply to office to amend boundaries of certain area, etc. Amends Ch. 290.
