CS/SB 1454: Health Care
GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Bennett
Health Care; revises home health agency service agreements & treatment orders; requires nurse registries to advise patients, their families, or persons acting on behalf of patients of availability of registered nurses to make visits at additional cost; removes requirement for registered nurses to make monthly visits to patients under care of certified nursing assistants or home health aides; saves from repeal requirement for licensure, etc. Amends Ch. 400, 464.
