SB 1466: Public Assistance Programs
GENERAL BILL by Lynn
Public Assistance Programs; directs CFS Dept. to competitively bid eligibility determination activities of certain public assistance programs; provides for implementation in two districts by specified date; allows current employees opportunity to present offer to continue to perform eligibility determination services; authorizes department to use state funds to compensate consultants who help current employees prepare bid response, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
