Lake Region Lakes Management Dist.; (Polk Co.) codifies, reenacts, & amends district's special acts; specifies purpose & territorial boundaries of district; provides for compensation of board; authorizes district to obtain loans with maturities of up to 5 years for purposes of paying other outstanding indebtedness, meeting extraordinary expenses, funding temporary budget deficits, or implementing general powers & authority of district board of commissioners, etc.
