GENERAL BILL by Finance & Tax ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ambler ; Gottlieb ; Jennings ; Johnson ; Littlefield

Florida Homeownership Act of 2004; provides for low-income housing tax credit for certain property used for affordable housing; requires Tourism , Trade, & Economic Development Office to reserve portions of certain annual tax credits for eligible sponsors of certain low-income housing projects; includes affordable housing under provisions governing permittable uses of certain surplus state-owned lands; revises legislative declaration re blighted areas, etc. Amends & Repeals FS. APPROPRIATION: $5,700,000.
