Student Discipline & School Safety; amends requirements re codes of student conduct; deletes notice requirement for possession of electronic telephone pager while student is on school property or attending school function; provides for possession of wireless communications devices; requires notice of possible disciplinary action or criminal penalties if wireless communications device is used in criminal act; provides for rules by district school board, etc. Amends 1006.07.
