GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Simmons

Education Funding; requires school districts to establish certain policies & procedures re lottery fund enhancements; provides tax credit cap re contributions to nonprofit scholarship-funding organizations; redesignates specified community colleges as colleges; revises eligibility requirement for use of small, isolated high school multiplier; authorizes Florida State University to construct classroom building, etc. Amends FS.
