Electronic Monitoring/Probationers; requires court to order electronic monitoring of certain sex offenders whose crime is committed on or after specified date; requires DOC to use electronic monitoring system that reports location of monitored offender & correlates that information with other crime data; provides requirements for capacity of monitoring system; requires statewide steering committee to oversee & evaluate system. Amends 948.03,.11. APPROPRIATION: $7,800,000.
