State Work Opportunity Tax Credit; revises legislative intent re application of certain corporate income tax credits; provides additional credit against corporate income tax for certain businesses hiring certain persons under certain circumstances; provides requirements & limitations; provides for DOR and Workforce Innovation Agency to adopt certain rules & establish certain guidelines. Amends 220.02; creates 220.1893.
