Supreme Court/Judicial Conference; constitutional amendment to abolish power of Supreme Court to adopt rules of practice & procedure for all courts, to create judicial conference to propose such rules, to empower Legislature to accept, amend, or reject proposed rules, & to repeal or amend rules, by general law. Amends s. 2, Art. V.
