SB 2380: Health Care Clinics
GENERAL BILL by Cowin
Health Care Clinics; changes date by which initial application for health care clinic license must be filed with AHCA; makes conforming changes to requirement that qualified applicants receive temporary license; provides for retroactive application. Amends 400.991.
