GENERAL BILL by Alexander

Health Care Clinics; redefines terms "clinic" & "medical director" for purposes of Health Care Clinic Act; defines term "mobile clinic"; provides that entities that provide specified portable equipment are considered mobile clinics; redefines term "applicant"; requires applicants who voluntarily apply to AHCA for certification of exemption from licensure to pay fee, etc. Amends 400.9905,.991,.9935,.995.
