GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Banking and Insurance ; Argenziano
Insurance Agents & Agencies; authorizes Financial Services Dept. & Insurance Reg. Office to scan or photocopy records, accounts, documents, files, or other materials under specified circumstances; subjects insurance agencies to regulation by Chief Financial Officer; limits scope of personal lines agent examinations; provides that specified employees of Citizens Property Insurance Corporation need not be licensed as agents, etc. Amends FS.
