GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Dockery
Permit Authority/Piers/Structures; prohibits DEP from delegating general permit authority to water management districts for construction, extension, or removal of piers or associated structures; reassigns to dept. authority to act on pending applications for permit; rescinds prior delegation of authority by dept. to districts. Amends 403.814.
