Fish & Wildlife Conservation Comm.; reorganizes commission; provides responsibilities & duties of executive director; revises administrative structure of commission; authorizes DMS & Executive Office of Governor to establish & approve new sections, subsections, & offices as initiated by commission; provides for employee bonds at request of commission; requires commission to publish Florida Wildlife Magazine, etc. Amends Chs. 20, 370, 372, 403. APPROPRIATION: $390,000.
