Prescription Drug Practices; provides that pharmacy benefits manager owes fiduciary duty to covered entities & individuals; provides criteria for dispersing substitute prescription drugs; restricts pharmacy benefits manager from contracting in manner inconsistent with this act; provides that violation of this act is violation of Fla. Deceptive & Unfair Trade Practices Act; provides for dispensation & purchase of Canadian prescription medicines, etc.
